In Dakota County is can be a challenge to find a quality program to enroll your infant because Family Child Care Providers are usually limited to 2 infants. Krista & Nicole are both able to help you fill this gap by providing nanny services for your family. Whether it be a few weeks or a few months. They have grown up working with kids and have provided nanny services for a few of our clients until we are able to enroll their new baby. It has been a wonderful addition to our program. I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Krista Hanson. Krista served as a nanny for my newborn son in September 2015 when my maternity leave ended. During the time my son was in Krista's care, Krista exceeded my expectations on a daily basis. My son had colic the first three months of his life and was a very difficult baby, often crying inconsolably for long periods of time. Even on the toughest days, Krista displayed endless patience and caring while she worked with my son to ensure his needs were met and he was as comfortable as possible.

I recall one particular day during Krista’s first few days with my son finding her walking around the house gently rocking him and quietly soothing him. That day it was the only thing that kept him happy, so Krista simply kept walking, kept rocking, kept softly soothing. It put me, a new mom to this little one, at peace immediately knowing my son was in such caring and selfless hands.

Krista has also been one of our go to family baby-sitters for my now three year old since 2013. Krista's level of maturity far surpasses her age, contributing to my comfort level leaving both of my children in her capable hands. Each time Krista has cared for either of my children, she takes the lead in ensuring she has all pertinent information she might need and, without me asking, works to stick to our family's typical schedules. I also tend to come home to a tidier, much more organized home.

It has been a true pleasure getting to know Nicole Hanson over the past year and a half. Nicole has been an exemplary student due to her excellent work ethic, insightful questions, high standards, and ability to work as a true team player. She has a strong desire to learn all that she can from the people around her and has continued to amaze me by the depth of the questions that she frequently asks. I have worked with very few people who are willing to expend the number of hours and degree of effort that I have seen Nicole put into her education.

Another notable attribute of this truly amazing young woman is her generosity, fueled by an incredibly loving spirit.
